Featuring advanced video editing, Pinnacle Studio AV/DV Version 9 can capture and edit Widescreen (16:9) or Standard (4:3) video. Directly capturing from both Analog (AVI) and Digital (MPEG) camcorders, the Studio AV/DV suite delivers DVD quality video productions. By drop and drag, Studio AV/DV editor can assemble frame by frame video productions in a matter of minutes. Immediately upon adjustment, the preview window shows your video correction. Including advanced features, editor has multi-track video capabilities, Chroma (Blue screen) effects, picture in picture, animated photo slide show with Pan-and-Zoom effects, and more than 100 Hollywood FX transitions. For the highest possible video image quality, Pinnacle’s custom circuitry ensures a 30 frames/60 fields per second rate at a 720 x 480 resolution. Including a breakout box for composite RCA, IEEE 1394 Firewire, and S-video I/O connectors, the Studio AV/DV is a plug and play device with a PCI bus mastering interface. Requiring 120 MB of disk space for every 20 minutes of DV capture at preview quality, the Studio AV/DV process needs 4 GB for every 20 minutes of finished movie.
